Nigel holds certifications in BSc. Architectural Technology and HND Construction Technology, and is also a Certified Construction Contract Administrator. With over 30 years of technical experience in Canada and the UK, Nigel is viewed as a go-to lead for all aspects of technical design and contract administration, and manages the process behind permit submissions. He has a detailed and thorough understanding of the Land Use Bylaws and Building Codes, and establishes good working relationships with municipalities in Alberta.
