This brief was to investigate the feasibility and marketability of altering a traditional shopping centre. Th existing mall consists of a plain brick exterior facade with no fenestration housing a number of retail units opening onto interior pedestrian aisles.

The proposal looks at altering the exterior to provide external access to the units, with the interior layout deleting the internal aisles and altering the tenant spaces.
